Counselling is a process of talking about your personal problems with a counselor. The counselor help you to address your problem in a positive way by helping you to clarify the issues, explore options, develop strategies and increase self awareness.
1. Depression, Anxiety, Phobias
These are common mental health issues that can affect students, leading to feelings of sadness, worry, and irrational fears.
2. Mood Swings, Bipolar Disorder
Students may experience extreme changes in mood, which can be indicative of bipolar disorder or other mood-related conditions.
3. Difficulty Sleeping, Panic Disorder
Sleep disturbances and panic attacks can severely impact a student's daily life and academic performance.
4. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD involves unwanted and intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions) that students may feel compelled to perform.
